From the moment I met Anson, I felt he had my best interests first and foremost. He always took his time and was very patient with me even when I told him that I had changed my mind about buying and instead wanted to rent. He advised that I shouldn't look for expensive rentals and try to spend as little as possible since I only intend to rent for 1 year before buying. I kept comparing everything I was asking to see to the very first apartment he showed me, which I decided regretfully not to buy, and I couldn't pull the trigger. I was so scared he would give up on me especially knowing his commission wasn't going to be anything impressive from this rental. He didn't give up though! When I saw the apartment I wanted, he worked with the landlord's agent and had me sitting down with the landlord within a day. He accompanied me to the interview and made sure I received the landlord's approval on the spot instead of having to wait for their decision. I was so impressed with his professionalism and determination, I had Anson list my house for sale. And let me tell you, he got the job done. But that's another review for after the sale of the house closes. If I could give Anson more than 5 stars, I would. I have told all my friends and family members that if there's ever a need for a realtor, Anson should be your first and only call.

Anson is outstanding agent I would highly recommend to anyone seeking an agent who will go the extra mile to get you into the home of your dreams. Our search for a home proved difficult with certain needs we had and a market with very low inventory. Anson demonstrated skill and knowledge of the industry and area to make it all work out for us.
